1. Eligibility

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. The contest is open only to applicants over the age of 16. Employees and other representatives of Hektar Group, its affiliates, and advisors (and the immediate family members of each of them) are not eligible to win. All applicable state, and local laws and regulations apply. Hektar Group will not be responsible or liable for any failure to receive entries due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control.

2. Contest & Prizes

The prizes worth up to RM150. There are twenty (20) prizes* in total - one per person. All taxes associated with receipt of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are not transferable, and no substitutions (including cash) will be permitted, except that Hektar Group may substitute a Prize of equal or greater value for any Prize.

*Note: Some items may be display models.

3. Entries

To be eligible to win a Prize. Complete the game by capturing the flag from one end to the other. In the event of any dispute, all submitted entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the e-mail account from which they were sent.

4. Winner Selection

All winners will be contacted via email or phone. In the event of a tie, prizes will be given only to the first 20 winners who registered and participated in the game. Hektar Group will attempt to notify selected winners by email within two business days after the selection. Prize winners will have 1 month from notification to respond. If a selected winner is unreachable or ineligible, or fails to claim a Prize in the manner prescribed in the e-mail, the winner will forfeit  his or her Prize.

5. General Release

By entering the Contest, you release Hektar Group, participating sponsors, and each of their respective affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agencies from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any Prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, and losses related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light).

6. Miscellaneous

Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Hektar Group, which are final and binding in all respects. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hektar Group reserves the right to change these rules or cancel the Contest at any time, in its sole discretion. Entrants who violate these Official Rules, tamper with the operation of the Contest, or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Hektar Group, the Contest, or any other entrant (in each case, as determined in Hektar Group's sole discretion) are subject to disqualification from entry into the Contest. Hektar Group reserves the right to lock out persons whose eligibility is in question or who have been disqualified or are otherwise ineligible to enter the Contest.
