Having completed the acquisition in August 2003, Hektar Premier Sdn. Bhd. is now in the progress of its final stage of our internal refurbishment within Subang Parade. Major portions of the work have already been completed. Currently, we are finishing up with aesthetic works.

Works will include the upgrading of toilet facilities which is completed, while new flooring, lighting improvements as well as the provision of facilities for mothers and the physically challenged to be done by August 2006. No structural works are envisioned.
